I have lived my whole life Fat I am 57 years old and I weigh around 550 pounds and I can't work and hardly walk I am going to start a life changing diet with all that I have learned over the years.
I need this to work and maybe if i can help someone else change their life and at the sametime change mine
Many years ago Ilost 220. Pounds and yes I put it all back on and them some unfortunately food is my drug.
I have tried every diet every pill and been to countless doctors nothing has helped .
My weight has cost me friends, family, and 1 marriage. Something has to change on this blog I am going to share all that I have learned and with Gods help I will learn something myself lets share our experiences to help other people and myself suffering this horrible illness.
